Before your Admission

Prepare and take with you:

• Health insurance card and documentation / letters of guarantee (international patients only)
• Blood type card (if available)
• Allergy documents (if available)
• Certificate of former vaccinations (if available)
• Actual drug list (if available)
• Your medical history (diagnosis and additional documents of your patient history (if available))

Further you should only carry the most necessary items with you such as:

• toiletries
• underwear
• slippers
• nightdress/bathrobe (only if you insist on your personal clothes)
• notebook (Internet-Access available)
• further personal equipment

We request you not to bring any valuable articles or large amounts of money.
